Some people see clouds and only see a cloudy day - - but, my fellow #sunsetchaser, I know you're like me - - you see clouds and see magic. We could lay on a nice patch of plush grass (or a sandy beach!) and simply watch the clouds roll by. And as sunset approaches, we feel like a child before opening presents on Christmas morning, anxiously awaiting the gift of Mother Nature, her sunset magic.

Unfortunately, during dry "golden" season here in Costa Rica (December - April), it's often like Groundhog Day every day: blue skies, sunny, hot, and no rain for 5-6 months. OK, I know you may be questioning what's so unfortunate about this" dry season weather"?

No rain = no clouds in the sky = no cloud magic.

Every once in a while though during dry season, some clouds will sneak on in, providing respite from the intense Costa Rican sun and the potential for cloud magic at sunset. AND guess what?! Those magical clouds made not one, but several special appearances this week, setting the stage for a couple of extra pretty sunsets. Can I get a heck yea! 🙌🏻🌅💕
